Data Deletion Instructions

This page explains how to request deletion of personal information or platform data processed by ABL services LLC in connection with our website, consulting services, business process automation work, AI implementation work, ChatOS, and integrations with third-party platforms such as Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, or WhatsApp.

How to request deletion

Send an email to info_z@myoffices.cc with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include enough information for us to identify the relevant inquiry, project, account, business page, integration, or communication thread.

What to include

• Your name and contact email.
• The business or account name connected to the request.
• The platform involved, if applicable, such as Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, WhatsApp, or ChatOS.
• A short description of the data you want deleted.

What happens next

We will review the request, verify that we can identify the relevant records, and delete or de-identify eligible information where legally and technically possible. Some information may need to be retained for legal, security, accounting, dispute resolution, contractual, or business record requirements.

Removing platform access

You may also revoke platform permissions directly inside the relevant third-party account, such as Meta Business Suite, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, or another connected service. Revoking access may stop future processing but may not automatically delete records already held by ABL services LLC, so an email request is still recommended.
